Acorda Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: ACOR) today announced President
and CEO Ron Cohen, M.D. has been appointed to the Executive Committee
of the Biotechnology Industry Organization (BIO). Dr. Cohen was also
named Vice Chair of the Emerging Companies Section of BIO. BIO is the
world’s largest biotechnology organization, providing advocacy,
business development and communications services for more than 1,200
members worldwide.
